There is no excuse for racism, so stop trying to justify it. You growing up in a racist family doesn’t make your racism acceptable. Experiencing prejudice doesn’t suddenly give you a green light to be as oppressive as you want. Thinking that everyone else is racist too doesn’t suddenly mean that it’s okay to be racist. There is nothing in this world, this galaxy, this universe, that will make racism okay. EVER. So shut the fuck up.

Attempting to end racism, by not only words/advocacy but also actions? Check

Knows that I’ll most likely still fuck up and that the point for myself is to make it to where my fuck ups are known to me and I catch myself before I say or do racist bullshit? Check
